Returns

Damaged/Missing Products:

If you receive your order and the product is damaged by the shipper, please call or email our office to request either a credit or free of charge replacements.   We may require photos of the damaged item so we can file a claim and re-build your order.   Damaged or missing item claims MUST BE FILED within two (2) weeks of receipt.

Returns:

For all other returns, the product must be in original factory condition and free of all defects. Please call or email our office with your order number, let us know what items you’d like to return, and we will issue a Return Authorization form that must be placed with the return. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping . Returns must be filed within 30 days of shipment. RoofCo will not accept returns of special ordered custom products.
